2024-25 Lakewood Winter Futsal Registration Form
**Boys and Girls ages 8yr to 15yr- born from the years of 2009 and 2016**
Our program offers up to 6 weeknight training sessions and up to 8 designated Saturday morning games thru the months of our Futsal season. Location of trainings and games the NLRMS gyms
Player Fee:
Non-LPOA member player is $110.00
2020 LPOA Members are $100.00
Training sessions:
December 3rd, 4th, & 5th 2024 (dates subject to change)
Early Group – Last Names (A-L) – 5:45-6:45
Late Group – Last Names (M-Z) – 7:00-8:00
January 7th, 8th, & 9th, 2025 (dates subject to change)

Game times vary by playing group but expect a game time between 8am and noon. Game schedules will be released at a later date. Location of trainings and games will be in the gyms at NLR Middle School.
Sessions will run a little over an hour and focus on ball control and combination play. Players will split into different competition groups, as judged by our coaches & the players’ experience levels, for their Saturday morning games. This format ensures that players mix with others and compete at a level that encourages them to experiment, be creative, and gain confidence. And most importantly, have fun!
Game times vary by playing group but expect a game time between 8am and noon and a game schedule will be set up at a later date. *Both Training Sessions and Games will take place in the Lakewood Middle School Gyms*
