Member Benefits General Information:
** To make your Online Membership registration experience easier, we have revised NEW 2024 ONLINE membership links for information, registration and purchasing your 2024 membership. You can also upload current photos for your members ids and any supporting documentation that may be needed for your membership without coming to our office. Membership packets will include 2024-Member ID cards, 2024 LPOA program brochure, vehicle ID Decals. and watercraft ID decals (if applicable). We ask that up place decals on all vehicles that will be using any of our LPOA facilities. NOTE: You will notice that there is an additional service and processing fee added to the purchase price that we have to pay to our online payment processor. **
Please Note: We will not be doing in person membership purchases, renewals or photos in the office. 2024 LPOA Membership Enrollment will begin 12/27/2023 and Processing will begin for the received ONLINE MEMBERSHIPS on January 3rd, 2024!!! initial January processing time may be up to 1 week or more before you are contacted to pick up your membership packet.
***Remember, “Full” Memberships will include the 1-2 Adults in the Household as well as children under the age of 19 residing at that address. Anyone 19 years of age and older will need to verify their proof of residence by uploading their driver’s license to the LPOA Online Registration Link s to obtain a membership card. **If you have any questions, please call the LPOA office at 501-753-4937 ** We look forward to having you as a NEW or RETURNING LPOA member in 2024.
All FULL membership categories include:
- Youth recreation and sports member discounts (must renew before receiving discount)
- Motorized LPOA registered Boating and fishing on two of our 6 lakes
- Social events that bring neighbors together (Members picnic, Easter egg hunt, Santa’s Workshop)
- Access to tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts, playgrounds, pavilions, parks, and the pool
- Annual membership term: January 1- December 31 (will not be prorated)

2024 Membership Categories & Fee Schedule**
To purchase a Lakewood/LRID#4 Membership in any of the categories listed below, the Household Adults MUST own a house in the LRID. All household members will need a LPOA photo membership ID card made. Attention all Members… *Please download pictures for ALL new members and children. **Renewing members should update children’s photos unless they did it in 2023.Prices below do not include online payment processing fee.
LRID FULL Membership-$250/calendar year–Includes 2 Household Adults plus children (up to age 18) that reside at that residence.
LRID Sr. FULL Membership-$200 /calendar year- (Must be 62 +years of age) Includes 2 adults in the household and 4 immediate grandchildren (up to age 18).
LRID Individual FULL Membership-$180 /calendar year– – One Named LRID Household – Adult Only.
LRID Watercraft/Fishing –$125 /calendar year– Includes 2 Household Adults plus children (up to age 18) that reside at that residence.
LRID Sr. Watercraft/Fishing–$95 /calendar year (Must be 62+ years of age) Includes 2 adults in the household and 4 immediate grandchildren (up to age 18).
LRID Family Tennis/Basketball–$125 /calendar year– Includes 2 Household Adults plus children (up to age 18) that reside at that residence.
LRID Sr. Family Tennis/Basketball–$95 /calendar year- (Must be 62+ years of age) Includes 2 adults in the household and immediate grandchildren up to age 18.

To purchase an Associate LPOA Membership in any of the categories listed below, the household adults and their household children reside/live outside of the Lakewood Boundary. All household members will need a LPOA photo membership ID card. *Please download pictures for ALL new members and children. **Renewing members should update children’s photos unless they did it in 2023. Prices below do not include online payment processing fee.

Associate FULL Membership – $450 / calendar year. 2 Household Adults plus children (up to age 18) that live there.
Sr. Associate FULL Membership – $390/ calendar year. 2 Household Adults plus 4 grandchildren (up to age 18).
Associate Individual FULL Membership – $350/calendar year. One (1) NON-LAKEWOOD Resident, Adult Only
Associate Watercraft/Fishing – $350/calendar year. 2 Adults plus up to 4 children/grandchildren (up to age 18).
Associate Tennis/Basketball– $210/calendar year. 2 Adults plus up to 4 children/grandchildren (up to age 18).

If you want to pick up your membership packet, please note that starting in February, Online Memberships that are purchased after Noon on Fridays until Mondays (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday) will not be available for pick up until we notify you when your membership packet is ready. If you indicate, you would like the membership packet mailed via US Postal Service please allow an additional 3-5 days for delivery.
