WINTER 2024 SEASON
**Boys and Girls ages 5yr (as of 10/31/2024) to 15 yr. Please fill out an individual form for each child that you are going to register for this program. Registration will close Sunday, November 17th at 11:59 PM!! Thank you!

Our program will offer several team practice sessions and up to 6 designated games. Last day to register is November 17, 2024. Any registrations received after that date will be charged an additional $10.00 Late Registration Fee! Location of practices and games will take place at the McGee Sports Field Complex on Crestwood.
Team Practice sessions will be determined once we have a final player count and have assigned all of the players to a team.

December 9, & 16, 2024
January 6, 13, 20, & 27,2025
Make up games, if needed, may be played on Thursdays
COST:
NON LPOA MEMBERS = $55.OO PER PLAYER
2024 FULL LPOA MEMBERS = $45.00 PER MEMBER PLAYER (2024 WHITE MEMBER ID CARD)
PARENT SHIRTS AVAILABLE FOR $25.00 EACH. Color of the shirt will be the same as your players team color.
Game and practice sessions will run a little over an hour and focus on one of the most important rules of the game….to have FUN!!!
