Lakewood’s Weight Loss Challenge – Register TODAY

This event begins February 1, 2021.  Registration forms must be received by 11:59pm, Sunday January 31st!

Everyone who participates will be a “Winner” even if you do not have the highest percentage of lost weight.  The  person with the highest percentage of loss will receive a bonus prize!  More info, registration and payment link listed below:
